Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of toPass (topass.app), a free tool that turns a link to your public profile into an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. By creating a pass, you agree to these terms.
1. Using toPass
You may use toPass to create passes for yourself or with the permission of the person the pass represents. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you share the passes you create.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use toPass to:
- create passes that link to phishing, scam, malware or otherwise deceptive pages;
- impersonate any person, company or organization, or create a pass for someone else's profile without their permission;
- use other people's names, photos, logos or trademarks without the right to do so;
- include unlawful, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- attempt to bypass the link checks, overload the service or interfere with how it works.
We may refuse to generate a pass or block access to the service if we believe these terms are being broken.
3. Links and third-party services
toPass only creates passes for profile links on a list of supported third-party services (such as LinkedIn, GitHub or Instagram). Those services are operated by their own owners. We do not control their content, availability or the redirects they perform — for example, a profile that forwards to a custom domain set up by its owner. toPass is not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party services or of any page a link leads to.
4. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are trademarks of Apple Inc. and Google LLC. toPass is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google or any of the supported services.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the details, photos and logos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and allow us to process them only to build your pass. We don't store them after the pass is created.
6. No warranty
toPass is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that passes will work on every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, toPass and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service, the passes you create or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use toPass after a change means you accept the updated terms.
